I came across an article recently that discussed some recent data on new home sales that I thought was interesting.  It can be found by clicking the link below:

In this article, there is very promising news regarding the rise in new home sales in the month of June at a greater rate than many experts expected. This may be a sign that we are slowly but surely starting to rebound in the housing market.  The article does also note, however that the median home price is down 3%.
 
We here at the Meadows of Cedarville have continued to work diligently to bring a housing development to Cedarville that balances quality with affordability.  Thanks to the architectural efforts of our newest team member, Stephen Miller of Residentials Unlimited, we have been able to reduce our sales prices an average of 22% while still maintaining quality, desirable homes!  Steve's work and the efforts of many others have allowed us to also add a 2-story model to our package of models as well.
